Plan long-term facility upgrades in consultation with the management
4. Required Qualifications
Post Graduate
5 years of experience in facility/estate management
Prior experience in educational institutes preferred

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Basic knowledge of electrical, civil, and mechanical maintenance

Good communication and reporting skills
