Plan rhyme sessions and craft activities that align with New Carmel School’s playful learning goals. Organize parent orientation programs to explain classroom routines and developmental milestones. Coordinate with the administrative team to manage supplies and classroom setups. Track children’s emotional progress through simple observation sheets shared with parents. Support staff during school events like annual day preparations and sports day drills. Ensure cleanliness and safety in all nursery and kindergarten areas during and after school hours.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline with D.El.Ed or B.Ed is preferred for this NTT Vacancy in Bengaluru Urban. Prior experience in early childhood leadership, especially in phonics or storytelling, is valued. Familiarity with Bangalore’s local school culture and parent expectations is an advantage.
