What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver Art And Craft lessons to students in grades 1-5.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, using activity-based learning methods.
3. Create and manage Art And Craft resources, including materials and equipment.
4. Assess student progress and provide individualized feedback.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Art And Craft with other subjects.
6. Develop and implement Art And Craft projects, using various mediums and techniques.
7. Conduct workshops and demonstrations for students and parents.
8. Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
9. Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and Art And Craft initiatives.
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree.
- 3 years of experience in teaching Art And Craft to primary school students.
- Strong understanding of Art And Craft curriculum and pedagogy.
Good to Have:
- Experience teaching Art And Craft in a primary school setting.
- Knowledge of Karnataka state Art And Craft syllabus.
- Familiarity with local Art And Craft resources and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in drawing, painting, and printmaking techniques.
- Knowledge of various Art And Craft mediums, including clay, textiles, and paper.
- Familiarity with Art And Craft software and technology.
- Experience with project-based learning and Art And Craft exhibitions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
