Ensuring compliance with school policies on attendance, discipline, and curriculum implementation.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree in History or a related subject is mandatory. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required for teaching positions.
Three years of teaching experience, preferably in schools with a focus on history or social sciences, is preferred.
Possession of TET/CTET certification is advantageous but not mandatory for this role.
Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs are essential.
