Job Overview (immediate joining preferred)
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced TGT Biology Teacher to join our academic team at New Carmel School in Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Biology to students from 6th to 10th standard.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver Biology lessons to students from 6th to 10th standard, adhering to the curriculum set by the Karnataka State Board.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student performance and progress.
- Prepare students for periodic tests and exams, focusing on improving their conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement engaging Biology teaching methods, including practical activities and collaborative learning strategies.
- Collaborate with other subject teachers to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
Eligibility
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is Rs.25,000 - Rs.50,000 per month, negotiable for strong candidates. Other benefits include medical insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional development.
