Role Summary
We seek a passionate and experienced TGT Computer Science Teacher to join New Carmel School in Bengaluru Urban. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Computer Science to students from 6th to 10th standard, catering to diverse learning levels and abilities in the inclusive classroom environment of Bengaluru Urban.
Your Students
Our students come from a range of backgrounds and abilities. You will be teaching students who may require additional support, accommodations, or modifications to access the Computer Science curriculum. As a TGT Computer Science Teacher in Bengaluru Urban, you will be working in a culturally rich and linguistically diverse environment, where you will encounter students from various socio-economic backgrounds.
What You Will Do
* Design and deliver inclusive Computer Science lessons that cater to diverse learning levels and abilities
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation
* Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to support students with varying learning needs
* Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student performance and progress
* Prepare students for Computer Science examinations and assessments
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Computer Science curriculum
* Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance student learning experiences
* Provide feedback and guidance to students on their Computer Science projects and assignments
* Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to ensure student success
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
* A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a middle school or secondary school setting
* Strong knowledge of Computer Science concepts and curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a culturally rich and linguistically diverse environment
* Patience, empathy, and understanding of diverse learning needs and abilities
