3. Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student performance.
4. Use educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.
5. Develop and implement test preparation strategies to improve student performance.
6. Plan and conduct extracurricular activities such as science fairs and quizzes.
7. Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects.
8. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
9. Participate in school activities and events as required.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
* Postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field (M.Sc. Physics)
* B.Ed. degree from a recognized university
* Valid CTET or TET certificate is not mandatory
* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
Good to Have:
* NET or SET qualification in Physics
* M.Ed. degree from a recognized university
* Experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs
Preferred Skills
* Strong subject matter expertise in Physics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to use educational technology to enhance teaching and learning
* Experience in developing and implementing lesson plans and assessments
* Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
