- Minimum 3 years of professional swimming coaching experience.
Good to Have
- Certifications in swimming instruction, lifeguarding or first aid.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed is not required but an understanding of school environments is advantageous.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents and school staff.
- Ability to plan structured training modules and adapt them to different skill levels.
