Student Support and Engagement
Build rapport with students to encourage participation and confidence in speaking and writing. Provide one-on-one guidance for students struggling with grammar, vocabulary, or comprehension. Act as a mentor to help students develop confidence in public speaking and creative expression.
Coordination and Collaboration
Work with school management to ensure English curriculum meets academic and extracurricular goals. Participate in departmental meetings to share teaching experiences and best practices. Support school events, such as poetry recitals, debates, and literary festivals, to enrich the learning environment.
This position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month for a qualified TGT English Teacher with at least four years of experience. A postgraduate degree in English or related field is required.
