You will coordinate with faculty and external partners to arrange competitions, sports days, and extracurricular events, aligning them with academic and extracurricular goals. Daily supervision of student participation in games, drills, and team training ensures engagement and adherence to safety protocols. This role also involves maintaining records of athlete performance, attendance, and participation statistics for reporting and development.
Budget management for sports equipment, facilities, and travel expenses is part of the responsibilities. You will collaborate with the principal and administrative team to secure funding opportunities and propose cost-effective solutions for enhancing sports infrastructure. Regular communication with parents and students about event schedules and participation requirements ensures transparency and engagement.
Experience in sports management, team-building activities, or related administrative work is highly valued. A graduate degree with a focus on physical education or related fields is essential. Familiarity with school sports regulations and community engagement practices will be beneficial. The salary for this full-time position is Rs.16,000 to Rs.28,000 per month.
