Lr Cambridge School invites a dedicated English Teacher to join its vibrant Kalaburagi campus as an NTT English Teacher. This role focuses on delivering high-quality English language instruction to students in the National Talent Search (NTT) program, fostering both academic excellence and cultural growth. Teaching duties will include planning and conducting engaging English classes, covering grammar, literature, and communication skills tailored for NTT students. The teacher must create interactive lessons that encourage critical thinking and creativity, often adapting content to suit the varied learning needs of talented young minds. Classroom management skills are essential to maintain discipline while nurturing a supportive learning environment.
Assessment of students’ progress is a key responsibility, ensuring they meet NTT benchmarks through regular evaluations, quizzes, and project-based assessments. The teacher will also prepare progress reports to share with parents, providing insights into their child’s development in English. Clear communication with parents is vital to build trust and address any academic or behavioral concerns.
Collaboration with the English department will be part of the role, ensuring consistency in teaching methods and resources. The teacher will participate in department meetings to share best practices and contribute to curriculum improvements. Experience in working with gifted students or those participating in talent search programs is highly beneficial.
Lr Cambridge School offers a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with a supportive work environment that values innovation in education. A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, while TET/CTET certification is preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of teaching experience, preferably in English or a related subject, and a strong commitment to nurturing young talent.
