2. Manage and maintain all financial and accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
4. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
5. Manage the school's budget and ensure that all expenditures are in line with the approved budget.
6. Conduct regular financial analysis and provide recommendations to the school administration on financial matters.
7. Provide support and guidance to other members of the school team on financial matters.
8. Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of all financial and accounting information.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Commerce or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
