Role
IIT Physics Teacher at Allen Career Institute | Mysuru. Full‑time position in Musuru, Mysuru, Karnataka.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver IIT curriculum aligned with national standards, ensuring conceptual clarity and problem‑solving skills. Conduct interactive sessions, labs, and practical demonstrations to reinforce theory. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and mock exams, providing constructive feedback. Mentor students for competitive examinations, guiding them on exam strategies and time management. Maintain accurate attendance and performance records, contributing to academic reporting.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Physics or related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching; TET/CTET preferred but not required.
Experience
Minimum four years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven track record of preparing students for IIT JEE and other competitive exams.
Salary
Rs.80,000 – Rs.130,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
