Required Qualifications
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. from a recognized institution
* TET or CTET certification is desirable but not mandatory
* Fluency in Hindi and English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
