PRT Evs Teacher – Rajeshwari National School, Karkala, Udupi
Rajeshwari National School in Karkala, Udupi is hiring a Primary Teacher (PRT) to teach Environmental Studies (EVS). The role involves planning, delivering and assessing EVS lessons for young learners in a vibrant school environment.
Responsibilities
Design and conduct interactive EVS lessons that foster curiosity about the environment and community. Prepare age‑appropriate teaching aids, experiments and field activities to make concepts tangible. Monitor student progress, maintain records and provide feedback to parents and school management. Participate in school events, eco‑clubs and community outreach programs that reinforce EVS learning.
Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Candidates who have cleared TET/CTET will be given preference. Must possess a clear understanding of the EVS syllabus and modern pedagogical methods.
Experience
Minimum two years of full‑time teaching experience in a school setting, preferably handling primary level EVS classes. Experience in organizing outdoor learning activities and environmental projects is an advantage.
Salary
Rs.16,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
