Conduct monthly Hindi elocution and debate competitions to build confidence. Prepare students for school-level Hindi competitions and public speaking events. Maintain digital attendance and progress logs in the school ERP system. Collaborate with subject heads to align Hindi curriculum with CBSE standards. Organize parent-teacher meetings with digital report cards and Hindi sample papers. Participate in curriculum review workshops at Mallikarjuna English Medium High School Karnataka.
Qualifications and digital literacy requirements
