Job Description
TGT Biology Teacher Position at Tapassu Career Academy in Yadgir
Tapassu Career Academy in Yadgir, Karnataka, seeks an experienced TGT Biology Teacher to join their dedicated team. This full-time role focuses on delivering engaging biology lessons while ensuring alignment with academic standards. The successful candidate will develop structured lesson plans that integrate theoretical concepts with practical applications, making complex topics accessible to students.
Curriculum alignment is a core responsibility. You will design teaching sequences that bridge gaps between syllabus requirements and real-world scientific principles. This involves adapting content to meet diverse learning levels while maintaining clarity and relevance. Your ability to structure lessons effectively will shape students’ understanding of biological systems, from cellular processes to ecosystems.
Assessment design is another key aspect of the role. You will create fair and meaningful evaluation methods, including quizzes, projects, and practical experiments. These assessments will not only measure knowledge but also encourage critical thinking and hands-on learning. Well-designed assessments help identify areas where students need support, allowing for timely interventions.
Student progress tracking ensures that each learner’s growth is monitored consistently. You will review performance data to identify trends, adjust teaching strategies, and provide targeted feedback. This proactive approach helps students build confidence while reinforcing weak areas before they become permanent gaps. Your role will also involve documenting progress in student records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, with at least four years of teaching experience. A postgraduate degree in biology or a related field is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Your passion for science education and ability to inspire young minds will be crucial in shaping Tapassu Career Academy’s future scholars. This position offers a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, along with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and innovative learning environment.
