About This Role
As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors at Bal Bhavan Public School, our Receptionist plays a vital role in maintaining the school's administrative and academic environment. They will be responsible for creating a positive impression of the school, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to the school leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors, students, and parents in a professional and courteous manner
* Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels on behalf of the school
* Manage the front desk, including receiving and distributing mail, packages, and other materials
* Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
* Provide administrative support to the school leadership team
* Manage the school's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
* Develop and implement procedures for effective communication and record-keeping
* Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth and efficient school environment
* Perform other duties as assigned by the school leadership
Eligibility Criteria
* Post-graduate degree in any discipline
* 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Preferred Skills
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
