You will teach students from classes VI to VIII at Bal Bhavan Public School. These are formative years when children develop lifelong attitudes toward health, teamwork, and discipline. Your lessons will reach over 400 students across three grades, each with different energy levels and sporting interests. The school community in Bhind is diverse, so your teaching must connect with varied backgrounds and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Organize daily Physical Education classes for classes VI to VIII following the school timetable and curriculum.
Plan age-appropriate games, athletics, and fitness drills that build strength, coordination, and endurance.
Conduct regular sports practice sessions for inter-house and inter-school competitions.
Maintain accurate attendance records and daily activity logs for all PE sessions.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all physical activities and sports events.
Collaborate with class teachers to integrate physical fitness into school events and morning assemblies.
Report student progress in physical development to the school coordinator every month.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with specialization in Physical Education.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Physical Education.
Preference will be given to candidates with TET/CTET qualification.
Familiarity with local sports culture and games played in Bhind and Madhya Pradesh is an advantage.
