About This Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of The Sanskriti School Bhopal in Huzur, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This position is responsible for ensuring that the school's facilities and grounds are clean, well-maintained, and safe for students, staff, and visitors.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the school are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Inspect the school's facilities and grounds regularly to identify areas that require attention.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that the school is kept clean and tidy.
- Manage the school's inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Train and supervise new housekeeping staff members.
- Ensure that all housekeeping staff members are aware of and comply with the school's health and safety policies.
- Monitor and maintain the school's waste management systems.
- Ensure that all housekeeping staff members are aware of and comply with the school's COVID-19 protocols.
- Coordinate with external contractors to ensure that all external areas of the school are cleaned and maintained.
Who Can Apply

- A graduate degree from a recognized university
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
