NTT English Teacher

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NTT English Teacher to join our esteemed faculty at a premium school located in Tier 2 city. Required Qualifications

Graduate degree from a recognized university in English, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English language instruction.
Proficiency in English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and approaches tailored to diverse learning styles.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Teaching Methodology (Specialized Approaches)

Proficient in Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) methodologies.
Experience with Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) to integrate English language instruction with other subjects.
Familiarity with the flipped classroom model and blended learning approaches.
Ability to incorporate technology and digital tools into English language teaching, such as language learning apps, online resources, and interactive whiteboards.
Experience with differentiated instruction to cater to students with varying proficiency levels and learning needs.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English language lessons to students, following the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
Assess and evaluate student performance through various assessment methods, including formative and summative assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching strategies to enhance student learning and motivation.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and participation.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment strategies.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest developments in English language teaching and incorporate new methodologies and resources into teaching practice.
