NATIONAL TALENT TRACK (NTT) MATHEMATICS TEACHER

Classroom Environment
The successful candidate will be required to create a well-organized and structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement, participation, and academic achievement. Salary and Compensation
The salary for the role will be in accordance with the relevant pay scales and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including:

- Annual salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Contractual Terms
The successful candidate will be required to enter into a contract of employment with the school, which will include the following terms and conditions:

- Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension
- Working hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Holidays: 22 days per year, plus bank holidays
- Notice period: 12 weeks
