Primary Duties (Training provided)
Deliver engaging Physics lectures for senior secondary classes (Grade 11 and 12).
Conduct practical lab sessions and demonstrate complex physical concepts through experiments.
Prepare students for competitive examinations and board exams using our integrated curriculum.
Design periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
Maintain records of student progress and participate in parent-teacher interactions.
Collaborate with the science department to organize science fairs and exhibitions.
Success Metrics (Entry-level)
Completion of the assigned syllabus within the academic calendar timelines.
Maintaining an average class performance score of 75 percent or above in internal assessments.
Consistent positive feedback from students regarding clarity of concepts.
Successful execution of at least four major lab demonstrations per month.
Active participation in at least two inter-school science competitions or events annually.
Minimum Requirements (Learnable competencies)
A Post Graduate degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) from a recognized university.
A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate shows exceptional subject knowledge.
Approximately 3 years of teaching experience is preferred; however, we strongly encourage highly motivated freshers and new graduates with deep subject expertise to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic proficiency in using digital tools like MS Office and educational apps.
