The teacher will also assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and oral evaluations, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Hindi department to align curriculum standards with national education frameworks, ensuring consistency in teaching quality. Regular parent-teacher interactions will help address concerns and reinforce learning at home.
A strong command of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literature is essential, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts for younger learners. The teacher must be creative in lesson delivery, incorporating local cultural references and traditional practices to make Hindi lessons relatable and enjoyable. Experience in classroom management, discipline, and maintaining a positive learning environment is crucial. The role also includes assisting in extracurricular Hindi activities, such as recitation competitions or cultural events, to promote language use beyond the classroom.
Candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree will be preferred, along with a graduate degree in Hindi or a related field. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
