Role Summary
Sagar Public School invites applications for the position of Sports HOD in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. What You Will Do
1. Lead and manage the entire sports department at Sagar Public School, ensuring smooth operations and program excellence.
2. Develop and implement annual sports plans aligned with the school’s vision and CBSE/state guidelines.
3. Oversee the selection, training, and performance of school teams for inter-school competitions and tournaments.
4. Coordinate with coaches, grounds staff, and administrative teams to maintain sports infrastructure and equipment.
5. Organize intra-school sports events, inter-house tournaments, and community sports initiatives.
6. Maintain records, budgets, and reports related to sports activities and expenditures.
7. Promote physical fitness and sports culture among students through awareness programs and special initiatives.
8. Represent Sagar Public School in sports-related meetings with district, state, and national bodies.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized university. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed is desirable but not mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience in sports administration or coordination in a school environment is required. Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and sports management software is essential.

Salary and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary in the range of Rs.55,000 to Rs.80,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
