3. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, including oral presentations, writing tasks, and participation in cultural activities.
4. Collaborate with the Hindi department to design interdisciplinary projects that connect Hindi with social studies, arts, and science subjects.
5. Prepare and maintain detailed teaching records, including student performance reports and progress logs for administrative review.
6. Participate in school-wide Hindi festivals, competitions, and events to promote the language’s cultural significance and community spirit.
7. Ensure classroom management adheres to safety protocols and maintains a positive, inclusive learning environment.
8. Attend regular faculty meetings to discuss teaching strategies, curriculum updates, and student feedback for continuous improvement.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with at least two years of teaching experience in Hindi. A graduate degree in Hindi or related humanities field is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered favorably. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity in lesson design, and a deep passion for Hindi language pedagogy.
