Qualification
Candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in English or a related subject. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Strong command over English, both written and spoken, is a must. Experience in teaching English to students in the 6th to 12th grade is highly desirable.
Experience
Applicants should have at least three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school environment. Experience in developing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and working with diverse student backgrounds is beneficial. Knowledge of state curriculum standards and innovative teaching techniques will be an asset.
Compensation
