Scope of the role
Teaching chemistry to classes IX and X, designing laboratory experiments that align with the Madhya Pradesh curriculum, and ensuring students grasp both theoretical concepts and practical applications. Coordinating with other science teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and maintaining a safe, well-equipped lab environment.
Core academic duties
Deliver engaging lectures using visual aids, demonstrations, and real‑life examples. Prepare lesson plans that cover periodic table concepts, chemical reactions, and stoichiometry. Supervise laboratory sessions, monitor student safety, and guide students through experimental procedures.
Assessment and planning duties
Prepare weekly quizzes, monthly tests, and end‑of‑term examinations. Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction accordingly. Participate in curriculum review meetings to update syllabus content and laboratory modules.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry or related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Salary and location
