1. Conduct daily music classes, covering instruments like keyboard, guitar, or vocal training, tailored to students’ skill levels.

3. Assess students’ progress through practical evaluations, ensuring they grasp fundamentals like rhythm, melody, and music theory.
4. Collaborate with the principal and teachers to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects, such as school events or cultural festivals.
5. Maintain a well-equipped music room, ensuring instruments are in good condition and accessible for students.
6. Organize extracurricular activities like music clubs, competitions, or workshops to encourage participation.
7. Prepare and submit monthly reports on student performance, attendance, and participation in music-related activities.
8. Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore their creativity through music.
To qualify, candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of teaching experience in a school setting. A strong foundation in music theory, performance, and pedagogy is essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. A genuine love for teaching and a willingness to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse student needs are highly valued.
