PGT Entrepreneurship Teacher Job in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh | School Recruitment
Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver engaging entrepreneurship lessons for classes 9 to 12, integrating real‑world business scenarios.
2. Develop project‑based assignments that encourage students to formulate business ideas and create feasibility studies.
3. Organise workshops with local entrepreneurs, facilitating mentorship and networking opportunities.
4. Assess student progress through innovative evaluation methods such as pitch decks, business plans, and peer reviews.
5. Collaborate with the school curriculum team to align entrepreneurship modules with national educational standards.
6. Maintain accurate attendance and performance records in the school’s digital portal.
7. Participate in faculty meetings, contributing insights on curriculum enhancement and student engagement strategies.
8. Mentor junior teachers and support them in adopting entrepreneurial teaching techniques.
9. Conduct periodic classroom observations to ensure quality of instruction and adherence to school policies.
10. Encourage interdisciplinary learning by integrating entrepreneurship concepts with subjects like economics, mathematics, and information technology.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of B.Ed or D.El.Ed for teaching positions.
TET or CTET certification preferred, though not mandatory.
Strong grasp of contemporary business practices, market trends, and startup ecosystems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire young minds.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school environment, preferably with exposure to entrepreneurship education.

Salary
