Job Summary
We seek a tech-savvy PGT Mathematics educator to lead Grades 11-12 in a digitally evolving rural school. The role blends deep subject expertise with hands-on integration of EdTech tools to make abstract concepts tangible, engaging, and future-ready. You will design tech-enabled lessons, mentor students through digital platforms, and continuously refine pedagogy using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics (Grades 11-12) using inquiry-based, blended-learning models.
Curate and deliver interactive lessons using dynamic visualizations, simulations, and problem-solving apps aligned with NCERT/CBSE syllabi.
Integrate adaptive learning platforms (e.g., Khan Academy, BYJU’S, or similar) to personalize pacing and remediation.
Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom, Moodle, or School ERP to assign, track, and grade assignments, quizzes, and projects.
Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions via Zoom/Google Meet and record sessions for asynchronous review.
Leverage data analytics from platforms to identify learning gaps and tailor interventions for each student.
Collaborate with the STEM team to develop project-based learning modules that blend mathematics with real-world applications (e.g., data science, coding, financial literacy).
