PRT Dance Teacher - Community-Oriented Position

We are seeking a dedicated PRT Dance Teacher to join our rural school community. Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct dance classes (3-5 hours daily) for different age groups

5. Collaborate with other teachers for inter-disciplinary activities
6. Participate in school meetings and community events
7. Prepare low-cost/no-cost dance materials using local resources
8. Promote inclusivity with adaptive dance activities
9. Maintain clean, safe dance environment
10. Submit monthly activity reports to school administration

Pay Structure
- Fixed monthly salary: Rs. 15,000-20,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Performance-based annual bonus (up to 10% of salary)

- Annual festival performance stipend: Rs. 2,000
