Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
* B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or relevant subject
* TET/CTET certification (not required but preferred)
* 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature
Good to Have:
* M.A. in Hindi or relevant subject
* Experience with curriculum development and implementation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
