What You Will Do
Plan and execute the Hindi curriculum for classes 1 to 5 at Maa Vaishnavi Academy, ensuring alignment with Madhya Pradesh state guidelines. Create weekly lesson plans, worksheets, and interactive activities that build foundational Hindi skills through storytelling, rhymes, and role-play. Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide remedial support during school hours.
Design and conduct monthly Hindi language festivals and recitation competitions to enhance speaking and listening skills among young learners. Collaborate with the primary team to integrate Hindi with art, music, and environmental studies through thematic projects. Mentor junior PRT Hindi Teachers by sharing best practices in classroom management and language teaching methods.
Oversee the Hindi language corner in every primary classroom, updating it monthly with new stories, poems, and word walls. Organize parent orientation sessions to explain the Hindi curriculum and suggest home-based language activities. Prepare students for local cultural events where Hindi speaking and writing are showcased.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in Hindi or equivalent with B.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of teaching Hindi to classes 1 to 5 in a school environment. Preference will be given to candidates holding NET or SET in Hindi language.
