Job Overview
Maa Vaishnavi Academy is seeking a PRT Mathematics Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics to students in Class 1-5. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.
What You Will Do
1. Teach Mathematics to students in Class 1-5 using activity-based learning methods and interactive approaches.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and school's educational goals.
3. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
4. Use storytelling, demonstrations, and practical classroom activities to engage students and promote understanding of mathematical concepts.
5. Prepare and distribute worksheets, assignments, and other educational materials as needed.
6. Maintain a well-organized and clutter-free classroom environment.
7. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure smooth functioning of the school.
8. Participate in school activities, such as parent-teacher meetings and educational workshops.
9. Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Graduate degree in Mathematics or related field
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification
- TET or CTET certification is not required for this position
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Mathematics
Good to Have:
- M.Ed. or M.A. in Mathematics
- NET or SET certification
- Experience in teaching English Medium or Hindi Medium students
