Role Summary

* Plan and deliver Music lessons to students from 1st to 5th standard
* Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
* Utilize practical methods, tools, and activities to teach Music
* Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress
* Maintain a well-organized and clutter-free music room
* Engage with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive school environment
* Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement school events and activities
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Communicate regularly with parents through newsletters, emails, and parent-teacher meetings
* Develop and implement music-based activities and events for the school community
Required Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree in Music or related field (B.A. Music, B.Mus, M.A. Music, etc.)
* A B.Ed degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
* A D.El.Ed degree or equivalent is also acceptable
* CTET or TET qualifications are not required for this position
* NET or SET qualifications are not required for this position
