URGENT HIRING: TGT Dance Teacher Needed for Rural School
Immediate Joining Required
We are seeking an experienced and qualified TGT Dance Teacher to join our team at a rural school. The selected candidate will be expected to start immediately.
Performance Expectations:
- Teach dance to students of various age groups, focusing on developing their skills and passion for the subject.
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide programs and initiatives.
Facilities and Infrastructure:
- Our school is equipped with a well-ventilated dance studio and adequate teaching equipment.
- The candidate will have access to modern audio-visual aids and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
Primary Duties:
- Teach dance to students from class 1 to class 10.
- Develop and implement dance-based curricula that align with the school's academic goals.
- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Participate in school events and functions, promoting the school's dance program.
Salary and Compensation:
- Salary: 40,000 to 60,000 rupees per month, depending on experience.
- Additional benefits, including paid leaves, medical insurance, and retirement plans.
