Requirements
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in English or a related subject. Experience in teaching English to students in the age group of 6 to 18 years is highly preferred.
Possession of TET/CTET certification is an added advantage but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential for effective classroom interaction.
A proactive attitude towards student development and a commitment to maintaining high academic standards are crucial. Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational software will be beneficial.
Compensation
