Role Summary
Maa Vaishnavi Academy, a progressive school in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking a skilled TGT Hindi Teacher to join our faculty. As a TGT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from 6th to 10th standard. How You Will Teach
At Maa Vaishnavi Academy, we use smart boards and Google Classroom to facilitate blended learning and enhance student engagement. You will be expected to integrate technology into your teaching practices and use our Learning Management System (LMS) to share resources and assignments with students. You will also be responsible for creating engaging lessons plans and assessments that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Hindi to students from 6th to 10th standard
- Create and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners
- Use smart boards and other digital tools to enhance student engagement
- Use Google Classroom and LMS to share resources and assignments with students
- Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations to measure student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school activities
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Hindi or any other relevant subject
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- NET or SET in Hindi would be an added advantage
- CTET or TET is not mandatory but would be beneficial
- 2 years of experience in teaching Hindi at middle or secondary school level
Preferred Skills
- Digital literacy and familiarity with online teaching tools
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Willingness to participate in professional development activities
