TGT Music Teacher Job in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh
Role Summary
Maa Vaishnavi Academy invites applications for the position of TGT Music Teacher in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons aligned with the school’s academic calendar.
Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student progress in practical and theoretical aspects.
Organize school events, assemblies, and inter-house competitions involving Music performances.
Prepare students for school-level and inter-school cultural programs and festivals.
Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate Music with academic themes.
Maintain records of student attendance, participation, and performance in Music activities.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress and upcoming events.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation in Music or equivalent (B.A. Music / B.Mus.) from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Music for middle or secondary school.
Demonstrated ability to teach vocal and instrumental Music effectively.
Good to Have
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with Music specialization.
Basic proficiency in playing at least one Indian or Western musical instrument.
Experience with organizing school-level Music competitions or cultural programs.
