Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and periodic tests in History, Geography, and Civics.
Use charts, models, and digital aids to explain concepts like Indian National Movement and World Geography.
Organize classroom discussions on current events relevant to Social Science topics.
Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records in the school ERP system.
Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, and subject-specific workshops at the school.
Contribute to school events such as Independence Day and Republic Day celebrations with Social Science themes.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Social Science or related discipline from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with Social Science as a teaching subject.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Valid teaching eligibility certificate preferred but not mandatory.
Good to Have
D.El.Ed with Social Science specialization for middle school roles.
Experience in CBSE curriculum delivery and assessment design.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms used in schools.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to simplify complex historical and geographical concepts for students.
Skill in using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and basic Excel for lesson planning.
Patience in handling diverse learning levels in a classroom of 30–35 students.
