TGT Physical Education Teacher Job in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh | School Recruitment
The role invites a seasoned Physical Education teacher to join Riddhi Siddhi International School | Dhar, located in Sardarpur, Dhar. The candidate will design and deliver engaging PE programmes for students, fostering physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship across all grades.
Reporting and scope
The teacher reports to the School Principal and collaborates with the senior faculty to integrate physical education into the broader curriculum.
Core duties
Curriculum development
Plan age‑appropriate lesson plans, incorporating diverse sports, drills, and fitness activities that align with state guidelines.
Instruction and assessment
Deliver daily PE classes, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback through performance charts and participation records.
Student welfare and safety
Ensure a safe learning environment by conducting risk assessments, supervising field activities, and enforcing proper use of equipment.
Co‑ordination with clubs and events
Lead school sports teams, organize inter‑school tournaments, and coordinate annual sports days and cultural events.
Community engagement
Represent the school at local sports associations, invite guest coaches, and facilitate workshops for parents on child health and fitness.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline; B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching.
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in Physical Education.
TET/CTET certification is not required but will be considered a plus.
Compensation and location
Full‑time position offering Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month.
