Job Overview
The Radiant School, a premier educational institution in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cricket Coach to lead our school cricket team. As a Cricket Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cricket program that fosters the growth and development of our students.
What You Will Do
1. Recruit, manage, and train a team of students to participate in school cricket events and competitions.
2. Plan and execute cricket practice sessions, tournaments, and matches.
3. Develop and implement a cricket curriculum that aligns with The Radiant School's educational goals.
4. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for cricket practice and competition.
5. Collaborate with school administrators and faculty to promote school spirit and involvement in cricket.
6. Develop and manage the school cricket budget.
7. Represent The Radiant School in cricket events and competitions.
8. Provide coaching and mentoring to students to improve their cricket skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a cricket coach in a school or college setting.
- Experience in cricket coaching, particularly in a school or college setting.
- Valid D.El.Ed/B.Ed certificate.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong knowledge of cricket rules and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators.
- Experience with cricket equipment and facilities management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month, along with other benefits as per The Radiant School's policies.
