Key Responsibilities
As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging English lessons to students in grades 1-5
- Developing and implementing effective curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Encouraging parent engagement through regular feedback and progress updates
- Participating in school events and activities that promote English language and literature
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to track student progress
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Contributing to the development of school policies and programs
- Engaging with the local community through outreach programs and activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Preferably CTET or TET qualified
- 3 years of experience in teaching English to young learners
