Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all learners, including those with special needs.
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning styles of your students.
- Use a range of teaching strategies to engage and motivate your students, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Assess student progress and adjust your teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, including digital tools and multimedia resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- Experience of teaching English to students of varying ages and abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
