Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver Hindi lessons to students from Grade 1 to Grade 5, using a variety of teaching methods to promote language skills and cultural awareness.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
3. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, share best practices, and participate in school-wide initiatives.
5. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of student progress.
6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
7. Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments, teaching methodologies, and educational technologies to enhance student learning.
8. Contribute to the school's Hindi program by organizing cultural events, workshops, and activities that promote language and cultural exchange.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Hindi or a related subject from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi at a school or educational institution
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using computers, educational software, and digital tools
