PRT Hindi Teacher Job in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh | School Recruitment
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 10, aligning with state curriculum and school objectives.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools that promote critical thinking and language proficiency.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, analyse results, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Organise and facilitate Hindi language clubs, debates, and cultural events to enhance students’ communication skills.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi across interdisciplinary projects and school activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson logs, and student progress reports in a timely manner.
- Mentor and support new teachers in adopting effective Hindi teaching strategies and classroom management techniques.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a Hindi medium or bilingual setting.
- Strong command of Hindi language, literature, and grammar.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and multimedia resources to enhance Hindi instruction.
Preferred
- TET or CTET certification will be an advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation
- Salary range: Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
