PRT Dance Teacher Job in Indore, Madhya Pradesh | School Recruitment

QR codes linked to tutorial videos allow self-paced learning. Virtual choreography workshops connect learners with artists beyond Indore.
Your responsibilities
Plan weekly dance sessions aligned with The Millennium School’s activity calendar. Introduce students to folk, classical, and contemporary styles through age-appropriate choreography. Use apps like CapCut and InShot to edit student performance videos for school events. Organize annual dance festivals showcasing PRT and senior sections together. Maintain a digital portfolio of each child’s progress shared with parents monthly. Collaborate with music teachers to design soundscapes for performances. Attend curriculum review meetings to suggest modern dance resources.
Qualifications and digital literacy requirements
Graduation in any discipline is essential. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Basic certification in TET or CTET is preferred but not compulsory. Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and dance-related apps is necessary. Familiarity with platforms like Zoom or Google Classroom for online extensions is valued.
Skills for the modern classroom
Ability to choreograph simple routines that build coordination and confidence. Patience to work with young learners aged 6–10 across diverse backgrounds. Strong communication skills to explain steps clearly in English and Hindi. Creative problem-solving when adapting moves for different spaces and abilities.
Salary and benefits
Rs.17,000 to Rs.30,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. In-house training in modern teaching tools is provided. Access to school cultural events and professional development workshops.
