What you will do
Plan daily Hindi lessons for Classes 1 to 5.
Use storytelling, rhymes, and picture cards to explain concepts.
Conduct small group activities for better understanding.
Prepare teaching aids like flashcards and charts.
Assess students through simple quizzes and oral tests.
Maintain attendance and progress records.
Organize cultural events like Hindi Diwas celebrations.
Communicate with parents about student progress.
Participate in staff meetings and training programs.
What you need
Graduation in any stream with Hindi as a subject.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
Minimum 3 years of Hindi teaching experience.
Familiarity with CBSE curriculum preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Skills that matter
Ability to simplify complex Hindi grammar.
Skill in using digital tools for teaching aids.
Patience to handle diverse learning levels.
Creativity in designing classroom activities.
