Bellwether International School in Katni seeks a dedicated PRT (Post Graduate Teacher) to join its English department. This role involves teaching English as a core subject to students across various grades, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate lessons. The position requires a strong foundation in language pedagogy and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
The PRT will be responsible for planning and executing daily English lessons, including grammar, literature, and communication skills. Classroom management will be a key part of the job, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Assessment of students’ progress will be conducted through regular tests, assignments, and interactive activities to track improvement effectively.
Communication with parents is an important aspect of this role. The PRT will collaborate with parents to discuss their children’s academic performance, address concerns, and encourage continuous engagement. While direct department coordination may not be extensive, teamwork with fellow English teachers will be essential for curriculum alignment and resource sharing.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required, along with a passion for teaching English to young learners. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to nurturing language skills in students.
